A therapeutic massage using deep tissue techniques, deep stretches, trigger point therapy, and targeted bodywork to release muscle tension, reduce stiffness, and restore mobility.
Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage uses firm, focused pressure and specialized techniques to release chronic muscle tension, reduce stiffness, and relieve areas of discomfort.
Deep Tissue & Thai Massage Fusion

A very thorough and in-depth bodywork session (according to your body's needs), that combines deep tissue therapy and traditional Thai bodywork designed to release tension and restore balance. Through targeted pressure, dynamic stretching, and rhythmic compression, this treatment improves flexibility, circulation, and mobility while easing stress and muscular fatigue—leaving the body grounded, restored, and renewed.
Mobile Massage Services
All service rates above stay the same, however there is a travel fee for areas in and around Montego Bay. If much further, a different travel fee will be determined.

Why Is There a Travel Fee?
When you book a mobile massage, you're not just paying for the treatment itself—you're also reserving your therapist's time and expertise outside the spa.
Traveling to and from your location requires the therapist to step away from their practice, often foregoing the opportunity to serve other clients during that time. In addition to transportation costs, therapists must also transport equipment, set up and pack down their workspace, and account for the time spent in transit.
Our travel fee is designed to fairly compensate for these commitments while allowing us to provide the convenience of professional massage therapy in the comfort of your chosen location. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us deliver exceptional care without compromising the sustainability of our services.
Massage Policies & Guidelines

Massage sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Sessions that begin late due to the client’s late arrival will end at the scheduled time and the client will be billed for the full time.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: Our spa has a strict zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior, including sexual remarks, requests for sexual services, unwanted touching, indecent exposure, suggestive conduct, intimidation, or abuse. Any violation will result in the immediate termination of the session, permanent refusal of future services, and may be reported to management, law enforcement, and, where legally appropriate, other spas or relevant professional networks.

Clients are expected to be clean and having showered prior to receiving massage (on same day). Therapists are doing their part to take care of your well-being. Please be respectful in not showing up with any offensive odors. Do not book a massage immediately after the gym or excessively strenuous activities without showering.

Personal and professional boundaries will be respected at all times.

Clients must provide an accurate health history and agree to inform their therapist of any medical condition.

Any client with a contagious condition including common cold, influenza, stomach flu, coronavirus, meningitis, shingles, contagious skin conditions, etc. will not be able to continue with their appointment, Clients may reschedule their appointment after the contagious condition has resolved.

Clients with signs of symptoms of an active systemic or localized infection (e.g. fever, sore throat, swelling, etc.) at the time of a scheduled massage are asked to notify their therapist and reschedule their appointment.

Clients with acute injuries or conditions that are outside of the scope of practice for massage should consult with their doctor.

All clients will be appropriately draped with a sheet at all times during the massage session. Only the area(s) of the body that are currently being worked will be exposed. The genital area is never exposed or massaged.

Client privacy and confidentiality will be maintained at all times.

Any client who arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave.

This is a non-smoking, odor-neutral massage area.

Clients are asked to avoid eating a heavy meal during the two hours prior to receiving massage.

If the client is very late the scheduled appointment maybe cancelled.
I have read, fully understand and will abide by the massage guidelines and expectations listed above.
Cancellation Policy & Fees
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, our therapists not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and may have traveled to the office specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time.

Booking requires a 50% non-refundable deposit.

No-shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

Late arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments, while the full service fee remains payable.

Refunds: Once a service has been provided, refunds are not issued.

Spa cancellations: If the spa must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
